THIS IS VERY USEFUL
As more
women become involved with body building, some may be tempted to use
steroids or growth hormones to quickly increase muscle mass. In addition
to the health risks involved with using such drugs, you will often lose
any muscle that you put on while you are on them. It is best to always
stay natural, and follow some tried and true techniques that will help
ensure that you progress quickly.
Please follow the following steps
- Lift Heavy
- Cut Back Your Cardio
- Eat Enough Protein
- Bodybuilding Exercises
Lift Heavy
Whether you are a hardcore body builder or just trying to
get in shape, you must lift heavy. Some women fear becoming bulky, much
like male body builders, if they lift heavy weights on a regular basis.
Though a woman can indeed put on large amounts of muscle mass, it is
unlikely she will look too much like a male body builder without
resorting to illegal drugs. Women have far less testosterone in their
bodies than men, so you while you could become larger than some average
males, you won't be bulking up to male body builder level naturally.
Make sure that your bench press routine, and your squat routine (two
exercises that work major muscles) focus on heavy weights. You do not
want to lift lighter weights for higher repetitions to build muscle.
Lift heavy, meaning use weights that you cannot lift more than 8 or 10
times per set.
